Dangling below is a golden cloverleaf shaped platform with four round ruby cabochons, bezel set with granulation circling the bezels and also circling the platform. Dangling below is an oval cut ruby and a round diamond, both bezel set with granulation circling the bezels. The bottom has a faceted teardrop ruby set in a golden cone.
